Dinner/lunch/whatever you call it is the main event of Christmas Day and, for many, the culmination of plenty of planning and preparation.
But no matter how hard we try, come Christmas morning most of us still find ourselves running around like headless turkeys trying to cook a meal thats not only ready at a reasonable hour, but actually tastes good.
