Located on the grounds of Château de Versailles and featuring a signature Alain Ducasse restaurant, along with unmatched views of the parterre of the Orangerie and the Pièce d’Eau des Suisses, Le Grand Contrôle is destined to be one of Europe's most fabulous new hotels.

Fifth Avenue Hotel: New York, New York
The former home of Gilded Age socialite Charlotte Goodridge is getting a new lease on life as Fifth Avenue Hotel, which will offer the best in interiors, art, and location. Martin Brudnizki is in charge of interior design while art advisor Elizabeth Marguiles is tasked with sourcing contemporary works of art, while views of the Empire State Building and proximity to the city's best shopping will certainly make it a prime destination for luxury seekers in the city.

Paradero Todos Santos: Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

Rosewood São Paulo: São Paulo, Brazil
The luxury hotel brand's first South American property is opening in the culturally rich city of São Paulo. Created to be an urban oasis that fuses the old and new, Rosewood São Paulo will reside in a tower designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Jean Nouvel, with interior design led by Philippe Starck and Brazilian artists Vik Muniz and Saint-Clair Cemin. The hotel will feature six restaurants and bars and Asaya, Rosewood's signature integrative wellness concept, along with the brands signature A Sense of Place©️ philosophy, where local history and culture guide the visitor experience.

Nobu Marrakech: Marrakech, Morocco
While Robert Di Niro's Nobu Hotels is keeping its next location pretty under wraps, we cannot wait to see its Marrakech property come to life in 2021. Seated in the city's Hivernage district, right near the historic center, Nobu Marrakech will house 71 guest rooms and suites, a 6,500-square foot wellness centre, rooftop lounges, and an array of dining options will likely make this one of Marrakech's hottest new spots for nightlife and luxury travel.
Nobu Marrakech is expected to open in September 2021 with rates yet to be determined. We also can't wait to check out Nobu London Portsman Square, which opened December 2020. Rates start at $450 per night.

After a delayed opening due to COVID-19, Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid is set to open its doors in 2021, and we can hardly way to discover every inch of this Belle Epoque-style hotel.
