Inside the 2,400-square-foot home, there is a mix of polished concrete and bamboo flooring and disappearing walls of glass that provide an easy back and forth with a huge deck that hangs over the canyon with sweeping mountaintop vistas.
The open-plan great room has a simple fireplace on its back wall and a sleek kitchen with a compact footprint and a smart configuration that incorporates a cantilevered snack bar on the center island, two ovens and a glass cabinet for displaying dishware and other culinary items while at the same time keeping them dust-free.
Just off the living area is a cozily proportioned study and a corridor that leads to the secondary bedroom and guest bath as well as the primary suite.
