A townhouse-inspired penthouse just hit the market in New York City. “This home is an entertainer’s dream,” Francis tells Robb Report via email. “It is a townhouse in the sky,” he continues before sharing a list of plush amenities that range from a media room to a full-floor primary suite to a plunge pool. Ryan Serhant, Scott Francis, and Sara Gore of Serhant hold the $36.5 million listing that carries monthly common charges of more than $6,100 per month.

The main living and entertaining spaces are on the seventh floor, where there’s a 43-foot-long great room backed by a 25-foot-long kitchen featuring custom SieMatic cabinetry, quartzite counters and an eat-in waterfall island, plus integrated appliances by Gaggenau, Miele, and Sub-Zero.
