7 foods you thought were healthy (but really aren’t)

If you’re trying to lose weight, the answer is pretty clear — eat healthy food and avoid the unhealthy stuff. But a recent survey by the New York Times proves that telling the two apart can be trickier than you think.

The survey asked the American public and nutrition experts to label 52 common foods as “healthy” or “unhealthy.”

While most people were able to tell the good from the bad, there were a number of items that were thought to be healthier than they actually were.
