Lizette Galvan of Fort Worth, Texas, saw a YouTube beauty tutorial from makeup artist Chrisspy that involved concealing one’s eyebrows and thought of a genius prank.

The 17-year-old convinced her boyfriend, Anthony, that she’d shaved off her brows, to his horror, and tweeted the whole thing. Check out the hilarious screenshots:

To achieve the shaved-off look, she looked to Chrisspy’s Star Wars Yoda transformation video as a guide.

“I took an Elmer’s washable glue stick and coated my brows the opposite direction of growth and then brushed them down with a spoolie,” she told Yahoo Style. “I did this about three times — then I used a NYX translucent powder to set it with a makeup sponge after I used an L.A. Girl orange concealer to cancel out the darkness of my brows. Once it was blended out, I set it again with translucent powder so it wouldn’t move. I added my MAC foundation, since it has the most coverage, and blended it out and went over it one more time with powder.”

Galvan sent Anthony a number of photos with her brows concealed, and he repeatedly asked why she would do such a thing. “I’m a person that loves to play around and make him laugh or give him mini heart attacks,” Galvan said. Well, she definitely succeeded, judging from his reaction.

Her tweet containing the screenshots from her conversation with Anthony has gone viral, with over 11,000 retweets and almost 17,000 likes since being posted on Sunday. Many users replied to her, thinking she actually did shave them. “I was surprised at how much my tweet blew up. I didn’t really expect that to happen — neither did Anthony,” she said.

As a makeup enthusiast, Galvan doesn’t rule out re-creating beauty looks in the future. “There might be possibilities of makeup pranks, but I would like to focus on actual makeup looks, since that’s what I love to do,” she said. “I love re-creating looks done by my favorite YouTubers, like Desi Perkins, Katy aka Lustrelux, NikkiTutorials, Daisy Marquez, and Jaclyn Hill. They bring so much inspiration.”
