Alex Rodriguez Posted a Video Tribute for Jennifer Lopez's Birthday

Today is Jennifer Lopez's 51st birthday and her fiancé Alex Rodriguez is giving his followers a look at every single major moment they've shared. In a sweet Instagram post, Rodriguez shared clips from their relationship, going back to the time they shook hands at a sporting event and even including moments from their 2019 engagement.

Between those two milestones, there's everything from glam red carpet events to more casual, behind-the-scenes situations, like the two of them enjoying time on a trampoline and just hanging out with their kids.

"Happy Birthday, Macha!!!" Rodriguez captioned the post, reminding fans that Lopez has more nicknames than just J.Lo. "Every moment with you is magical. You are the greatest partner, the best mom, the most amazing performer. A role model. A hero. An inspiration. I'm so proud of you. I love you so much!"

In his Story, Rodriguez gave his followers a glimpse at the decorations he put up for Lopez's celebration, including the requisite silver balloons spelling out "Happy Birthday" along with flowers, fruit, cupcakes, and bottles of wine.

"Happy birthday to my Queen," he wrote on the clips.

Rodriguez and Lopez had planned on getting married today, though the coronavirus pandemic put those plans on hold. Lopez voiced her disappointment, telling Today that all the plans she made got thrown into chaos. Rodriguez echoed the sentiment in an interview back in April.

"We had a meeting on Zoom with our core [group of people], kind of just going over what the next 12 months look like and we have three or four different variations of how that can look," Rodriguez told Entertainment Tonight. "It's such a fluid world. Usually when you underwrite a year — whether [in terms of] scheduling or financially — you never think that it's going to just stop like this. So, we're having to be very fluid, think on our feet and just think very proactively."
