In this video, the founder of Impulse NGO Network and human trafficking crusader, Hasina Kharbhih shares how technology has become a facilitator of sex-trafficking in our society. While technology is supposed to help society progress, one of its perils is that it has given traffickers access to the data of a lot of innocent people which they now use to their benefit by duping women into sex-trafficking. The coronavirus-led pandemic also fuelled this criminal activity.
