Andy Cohen Isn't Ruling Out Kris Jenner as a Real Housewife

Sources say Jenner is "intrigued" by the prospect of being on the show.

Just hours after Bravo fans and Real Housewives die-hards bombarded Twitter with please for Andy Cohen to enlist Kris Jenner as a Real Housewife of Beverly Hills, he addressed the issue, saying that the whole ordeal is an "interesting" turn of events. Yesterday, Kim Kardashian announced that her family's long-running reality show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians, would be ending after its 20th season on E!, which means that Kris Jenner would have plenty of free time.

"I want to talk about Kris Jenner. It was announced yesterday, the family of Kardashian announced [...] that next year will be their last year on Keeping Up with the Kardashians after 20-something seasons," Cohen said on SiriusXM's Radio Andy.

Cohen added that he "got so many [direct messages] and tweets saying, 'Kris should join the Housewives. She's great friends with Kyle. This should happen. Make it happen.'"

Jenner's no stranger to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. This past season, she appeared on an episode that documented a charity event at Kyle Richards's home. During the episode, she made a $25,000 donation to Children's Hospital Los Angeles.

"And then I tweeted that I would be talking about it on the radio today and I got a whole bunch of tweets saying, 'Don't do it,'" Cohen continued. "It's so interesting to me now."

A source told People that "Kris seems intrigued by the show and hasn't dismissed joining it."

Though Cohen's remarks don't confirm or deny the possibility of having Jenner join Richards and her castmates — Lisa Rinna, Erika Girardi, Denise Richards, newcomer Garcelle Beauvais, Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave, and Dorit Kemsley — fans can rest easy knowing that he's aware of their tweets and DMs.
