'Suburbicon' LA premiere: George Clooney arrives with Amal and lovely mother-in-law

Amal Clooney was by her husband's side on Sunday at the LA premiere of "Suburbicon," but it was George's second date who nearly stole the show: Her mom!

Baria Alamuddin was a vision in emerald as she posed with her daughter and son-in-law, looking comfortable as ever on the red carpet. The mom-daughter similarities are almost uncanny -- in addition to their dark hair and striking eyes, the women both have an affinity for dark red lipstick.

Amal opted for an ocean-toned strapless gown while George nailed it as usual in a black-on-black ensemble.

Also looking lovely on the red carpet were Matt Damon and his wife Luciana, who was a knockout in a black and white floor-length number, as well as a vibrant Julianne Moore. Check out all of their "Suburbicon" premiere looks in the slideshow above.

Although this is the first big joint appearance made by Clooney, his wife and his mother-in-law, Baria has become somewhat accustomed to the paparazzi. She and Amal have been snapped together several times over the past few years -- always, of course, looking stylish.

"Suburbicon," directed by Clooney, is out in theaters Oct. 27.
