Article declares 'boobs are back in a big way' and people have thoughts
“Stand up straight, push out your chest and work that feminine charm, as bountiful boobs are back in style.”
Really, guys?
It’s the problematic opener to a story in the New York Post that’s left readers collectively gagging on Tuesday.
Originally published to The Sun, the article declares that women who are “blessed with a chest” can finally welcome back their “out-and-proud cleavage” — because before Rihanna’s “bursting bust,” only flat-chested women looked good in a dress.

“The perky little bosoms of supermodels such as Kendall Jenner and Bella Hadid have reigned supreme, as they have been smugly parading around braless in a way that only the small-breasted can,” read the article.

“A big-boob movement is happening, and we should embrace it … An uplifted chest means an uplifted mood, after all.”
Thankfully, the women of Twitter were on hand to chime in.

I take my boobs out from the drawer in which I’ve hidden them lo these many years.
“Praise be the New York Post,” I whisper. “You’re free.” https://t.co/eJCMz9dyPO

For those of us with “bountiful” breasts, it’s been a difficult time.
Thank you all for seeing me through the difficult period of time during which my large breasts were off trend. Alas, it has finally ended. https://t.co/G84pFAJX2C
