Ashley Graham praises 'beautiful' fans celebrating their bodies with self-love TikTok challenge: 'I'm not crying, you're crying'

Ashley Graham is spreading the love.

On Monday, the 33-year-old model shared to her Instagram a TikTok from last week in which she encouraged fans to love themselves. In the video, Graham describes what she loves about the different parts of herself, calling her thighs "the strongest part of my body," her brown eyes the "sexiest," her jawline her "favorite" and her smile "the most important." As for the part she said she would change? Not one.

The video has gotten over 1.4 million views, with other TikTokkers using Graham's original audio to share what they loved about themselves, too, with some getting their videos posted in praise by Graham.

"I’m not crying you're crying so many beautiful people have been using my sound on TikTok to celebrate their bodies take a second today to celebrate yours!" she wrote.

Fans took to the comments to praise Graham for the wholesome trend.

"Love this!!!! Let’s take back our minds and love ourselves Queens!!!" One fan wrote.

"Very beautiful," another said.

"This is the best! love to see all these beautiful people embracing who they are!" another noted.

"Thank you soo much for you videos, it gives me confidence in myself," a commenter added.

This is far from the first time that Graham has stressed the importance of self-love. She has also been transparent about her own struggles with self-esteem. In a 2017 interview with People, Graham shared how she overcomes the moments when she does not feel her best.

“I wake up sometimes and I think ‘I’m the fattest woman alive.' But it’s really about how you handle it when you wake up,” she said at the time. “I look in the mirror and I have my affirmations. And mine are simple. [I say] ‘You are bold. You are brilliant and you are beautiful.’ And then if my lower pooch is really puffing out that day, I say ‘Lower pooch you are cute.' And we have a moment. And if the hips are really popping I say ‘I love you too hips.’"
