Take it from this reviewer: "I use this for both casual wear and running in the winter. I love the color. It fits me well; it has long sleeves, is just long enough in the torso, not especially tight or loose, and the cut of the neck is comfortable and looks great. The fabric is very soft. I've been machine washing and drying it (am I supposed to be doing that?) and that seems to be just fine. Would recommend."

Columbia Splash A Little II Jacket

Rain jacket

(Photo: Backcountry)

Columbia Heavenly Long Hooded Jacket

Maroon parka
If you like a little more coverage, this slim parka is for you. Omni heat reflectors, a comfortable hood and wrist gaiters with thumbholes make it a dream come true. (Photo: Backcountry)

Take it from this reviewer: "I ordered this jacket along with 2 others to determine which one was the perfect combination of warm and lightweight. I chose to keep this one even though it is more expensive because the technology to hold in heat really works. In addition, this jacket has some additional nice touches such as a light fur in the hood and pocket linings. The fur does add a little weight compared to other lightweight jackets, but it's still not heavy and also still easily fits into a bag. I'm so glad I found this coat!:
