Baltimore City's Re-engagement Center is helping young people turn their lives around

A Baltimore City education program called the Re-engagement Center is helping get young people back on track. The program is housed inside the city school board headquarters. It's an educational bridge for students who are trying to get on the right path. At one point, recent graduates of the program considered dropping out of school. Some ended up behind bars. But Friday, they were honored in a recognition ceremony just weeks before receiving their high school diploma. They all agreed that the Re-engagement Center made the difference.
