Bet you hadn’t heard of these political parties in India
There are three types of political parties in India: 1. national parties (7), 2. state recognized party, and 3. registered unrecognised parties. According to the Election Commission of India, there are as many as 2,301 political parties in India in 2019.
You know the big ones already, such as the Indian National Congress, the Bharatiya Janata Party, etc. But here are a few parties with somewhat strange names (oh, and they are also contesting this year’s Lok Sabha elections):
