“What about scarves?” was a meme-worthy question that has both the fashion and sports world buzzing — and now Serge Ibaka is taking it even further.

Whether or not OG Anunoby did influence Serge Ibaka on to the scarf trend, the hilarious fodder that followed this divisive winter accessory will no doubt go down in history.

But after “10 years” in the scarf game, 30-year-old Ibaka isn’t giving up his title just yet.

And as the new global ambassador for Canadian luxury outerwear brand Nobis, he’s now showing what it means to ~big scarf energy~ with a limited-edition six-foot-long scarf — and he even gifted his teammates one.

On Tuesday, Ibaka posted an Instagram photo of the Raptors modelling their new scarves — and the internet is loving it.

“This is art!” wrote one fan.

“They don’t play ball, they do art,” added another.

And while word is still out on whether coach Nick Nurse got his very own scarf too, the gift is available to buy — but it doesn’t come cheap.

Appropriately dubbed as #BigScarfEnergy (previously Storm Serge), this new, exclusive scarf features a jacquard double face that includes a signature camo print design and retails for $250 CAD. Not only does it pay homage to the NBA’s most artistic player, but it is specially designed for Canadian winters.
