Meghan Markle's impeccable, approachable style has been inspiring fans since back in her Suits days, so it was only natural that once she started dating, and eventually married, Prince Harry that royal watchers all over the world would start craving a dose of the Duchess's style. And one of the most regularly copied items from her fashion arsenal quickly became Birdies shoes, "the stylish flat that's secretly a slipper."

"She was a great brand evangelist from the very beginning and embodied the brand we wanted to grow up to be so much," Birdies co-founder Bianca Gates told Town & Country last year. Meghan sported that sleek, well-cushioned flats all over her Instagram in her pre-royal days, and even wore a pair on the royal tour of New Zealand after announcing her pregnancy with baby Archie in 2018.

Now, as a celebration of the brand's 5th anniversary, Birdies has brought back Meghan's go-to silhouette, the original The Blackbird, with a revamped Heritage Collection. The reintroduced style has gotten a technical update, bringing in the brand’s exclusive 7-layer cushioning to make it ultra comfortable for running errands (or just hanging around the house.) In addition to the classic black calf hair a la the Duchess of Sussex, Heritage Collection also comes in three additional looks: a camouflage print in calf hair, a leopard print in calf hair, and a suede black style with a leopard print tassel. All four styles are available at Birdies right now, from $120-$140—check them all our below.
