When Black Friday first came over from the US, TV deals were its bread and butter.
We all remember watching in awe as people had actual fights over the last TV in the supermarket. Luckily, we don’t have to venture out of our homes to get the best deals anymore.
Most of us wait for some sort of sale before committing to a new TV, it’s an expensive purchase after all. As far as TVs go, holding out for Black Friday was the right thing to do because there are hundreds (and that’s no exaggeration) to choose from. Each shiny new screen promising you ultra-HD, 4K or a TV that’s also a picture frame.
Never fear, we’ve whittled it down to the top TV deals. Each comes in at a different price point to entice you whatever your budget may be.
On the subject of TVs that are also picture frames, the most expensive of our selection is Samsung The Frame (2019). The name of it may sound like a Marvel film title and actually, it is pretty marvellous. Its sale price is £999, that’s a big £500 saving from its usual price of £1499.
This is the crème de la crème of TV choices, mainly because it turns into a painting when it’s not in use. The clever technology even adjusts to where you’re standing so it always looks like a painting, and not just a TV with a fancy picture on.
At a lower price-point, the Hitachi 50 Inch smart 4k LED TV might not look as great next to Samsung’s The Frame, but at £249.99 it’s a very decent TV with built in WiFi.
