BLACKPINK’s Rosé Made a Case for Floral Accent Nails — See Photos

ANTHONY WALLACE

The accent nail is a forever favorite—and BLACKPINK's Rosé knows it well. Accent nails are a fun and easy way to incorporate a little nail art while keeping the rest of your manicure simple, and you can truly do anything with them: glitter, hand-painted cartoons, gemstones, patterns, whatever! Demonstrating how timeless and classic the trend truly is, Rosé just put her twist on the look with a subtle floral design that we'll be copying ASAP.

Rosé gave us a glimpse of her nail art via Instagram Stories, snapping a picture of a page in a book but also showing off her mani. All of Rosé's nails are painted a sheer, barely-there nude, save for her ring finger, which features an oversized white flower painted across the entire nail. Simple, pretty, versatile — this mani checks all the boxes. You could easily wear it to work, to school, on a date, or for a fancy event; it works for anything and everything.

Rosé wore her floral accent nails with an all-black ensemble, including a long-sleeved black lace minidress paired with knee-high black boots and spiky high heels. Her blonde hair was pulled back into a low pony, and she styled her monochromatic outfit with dangling silver fringe earrings and silver headphones.

While the heel height of the BLACKPINK star's boots may be a little intimidating for everyday wear, the style itself is a great transitional piece to take you from summer shorts and miniskirts to fall, and the moody color palette doesn't hurt either. (It looks like she gave her summer flip-flops and mesh flats a break.) Rosé always gives us all the style inspiration we need, and we'll be keeping a very close eye on her outfits as we head into fall.
