Leave it to Blake Lively to not be outdressed by the several models and fashion faces at Gigi Hadid’s 27th birthday party.
On Saturday night, the actress attended the lavish party at the private club Zero Bond in the NoHo neighbourhood in Downtown Manhattan in a striking purple mini dress outfit that was reminiscent of some of the early Noughties most memorable trends.
The actress, 34, wowed at the star-studded event in a Sergio Hudson fitted purple minidress that highlighted her toned physique.
She accessorised with red platform high heels by Christian Louboutin that featured a gold-studded heel.
The bodycon dress’ stretchy form-fitting fabric featured a scoop neckline, thin straps and super-short length to display the actress’ model-esque legs, but the style and the platform studded high heels looked like it had come straight out of the early Noughties.
The mother-of-three is known for being her own stylist and has been lauded for her red carpet style over the years. Lively is set to co-host the 2022 Met Gala in May along with her husband, Ryan Reynolds, alongside Oscar-winner Regina King and Broadway superstar Lin-Manuel Miranda.
Also in attendance at the star-studded birthday event were Gigi's famous family; her father Mohamed Hadid, mother Yolanda Hadid, sister Bella Hadid, and brother Anwar Hadid were all there to celebrate the model’s birthday, as well as Yolanda's boyfriend Joseph Jingoli and Bella's boyfriend Marc Kalman.
Friends and fellow model colleagues included Helena Christensen, Martha Hunt and Emily Ratajkowski, who wore a revealing cut-out, neon orange dress for the evening’s events, whilst other famous friends in attendance featured Queer Eye star Antoni Porowski.
Even amongst all the celebrity faces, Gigi still managed to make herself stand out, wearing a sheer white lace Dion Lee ensemble that included a corset, a striking floor-length overcoat and sheer flared trousers that showed her white panties underneath.
The model accessorised heavily with pearl necklaces and chains around her toned stomach.
