We spotted an article from Match.com on Yahoo with some suggestions of some super-exciting dates, and it turns out there's some cool logic behind why these might be good to mix into your dinner-and-a-movie routine. For example, the dates increase the chemistry you have with your partner--the element of dangers gets processed in the brain the same way that sexual arousal does.
Plus, they bring out your true personalities. You and your guy will see how the other reacts to fear and frustration and you'll have to compromise and work together. Getting to know each other like that will speed up your bonding process. Sounds good, right?

Hmm, I have to admit I'd be pretty scared to try some of those. But I'm kind of a wuss when it comes to anything that involves physical coordination since I severely lack for it. It might be more my speed to do something like one of those evening tours of haunted places or something. That way I could be afraid of things that go bump in the night, but not be worried that I would break a bone. Or maybe I could test our abilities to compromise and work together by asking my guy to engage in an afternoon of crafting together. What's that you say? Not most guys' dream date? It's called compromise, dude.
Have you ever tried any of these activities-solo or with a guy? How did it go? Do you recommend it or anything similar as a date?
