7 Sandwiches to Make Out of Your Leftover Holiday Ham

Mini Ham & Cheese Pretzel Paninis
Small or large soft pretzels, cut in half
Thinly sliced ham
Thinly sliced cheddar cheese
1. Slice the pretzels in half and spread a little bit of mustard on one side.
2. Layer in ham and cheese and close the sandwich.
3. Toast on a panini press or stovetop grill pan until the cheese is melted. Slice and serve!

If you've got the remnants of a holiday ham sitting in your fridge, you can cube it and toss it in soup, or eggs for breakfast, or fried rice for dinner.
