Among the money-saving offers from reputable brand names are the fan-favourite Bose QuietComfort 35 Wireless Headphones. While they usually ring in at $449, they’re currently on sale for $299 — that’s a whopping $150 in savings.
What are they?
This widely popular set of headphones claim to offer clear and powerful sound quality, plus three levels of “world-class noise cancellation.” They also reportedly hold a strong wireless signal, regardless of if your phone is in your hand, in your bag or strapped to your arm while working out.
They also offer comfortable all-day wear and up to 20 hours of battery life per charge.

How do they work?
These headphones offer three levels of noise cancellation so you can adjust for whatever you’re doing, whether it’s running, working or relaxing.
The headphones are also Alexa enabled, which reviewers seem to like. By pushing the “Action” button and say the word, you can easily access music and information. Plus, you can play music, listen to podcasts, hear the news, and much more, all without looking at your phone. The headphones also offer a pairing option to your phone via Bluetooth using the Bose Connect app to personalize settings and to access to future updates.

”So happy with this purchase. I work in an open office setting and some people are naturally loud which makes it difficult for me to concentrate on my work. However, some shoppers say that for the price, there are some functional issues they’d like changed.
“Love the new headphones. Beautiful sound. Nice not to have wires. It connects to multiple devices so it's easy to go back and forth between phone, iPad, computer. It won't connect with Alexa unless the app is opened and that's slightly annoying. It also seems to affect my wifi connectivity on my phone,” cautions one reviewer. “But apart from those two things, I've been quite happy with these headphones. I bought them partially for the Bose AR API but I haven't tried it out yet.”
“Noise cancellation is good but doesn't block all high-frequency noises. It, however, does make a lot of noises disappear and makes studying awesome. The sound quality is not that bad but not that good also. I got these because the Sonys were said to be uncomfortable for long periods of wearing so that's why I got these ones,” explains another. “Due to sound and noise cancellation, Sony are much more preferable but because these are much more relaxing to put on, these are good. Solid for studying and plane and etc. I have used them for 2 days now and can say that they are extremely comfortable.”
Verdict
If you’re looking for a pair of aesthetically pleasing over-the-ear headphones that are wireless and offer noise-cancelling capabilities, these Bose ones are a great option, especially on sale.
But in case you’re looking for styles that are less bulky or less expensive, they might not be the best option for you.
