Brazilian pop star Anitta will blow your mind with her wild pants
If you think you’ve seen weird pants trends lately, just wait until you see what Brazilian pop star Anitta stepped out in Tuesday.
At the Multishow Brazilian Music Awards, one of the country’s favorite singers showed up in a rather confusing outfit. All eyes were on Anitta as she made her way onto the red carpet in a statement-making number that can best be described as a bra and high-waisted underwear with leg and turtleneck attachments.

The 24-year-old singer posted a number of photos to her Instagram to show off her look by C&A before hitting the event. Initially rising to fame in 2013, Anitta has more than 23.5 million followers on Instagram currently and is set to be internationally recognized with a new hit song in collaboration with Diplo.

Posing with the American DJ at the event, the singer provided more views of her look, which one fan even tried to copy. Diplo hilariously posted a side-by-side photo on Instagram of himself and Anitta, next to a Brazilian social media star who often emulates celebrity looks.

But it wasn’t until Anitta’s performance that she truly shocked fans with a few outfit variations. Throughout her three-song medley, the singer rocked three different looks — one of which had her in just undergarments. As a result of the outfit and her killer dance moves, Anitta suffered a few wardrobe malfunctions. But the amazing performance, and the three awards she walked away with, surely made up for it.
Anitta took to her Instagram on Wednesday morning to address the multiple malfunctions, but thanked her fans nonetheless for their support.
By the looks of her growing success, you might see Anitta and more of her wild outfits more often.
