Brie Larson is no stranger to the gym.

The 32-year-old actress is constantly posting photos and videos of herself trying new exercise routines, including pull-ups, pole workouts and weighted chain push-ups.

On Sunday, the "Captain Marvel" star took to Instagram to give fans another inside look at one of her high level gym sessions.

The video shows Larson in a grey two-piece workout set with her locks pulled into a sleek bun. She holds a kettlebell high above her head in her left hand while she gracefully tilts to the right, perfectly executing the exercise.

In the caption, the superstar gave a shout out to her trainer Jason Walsh who was coaching her via Zoom.

"POV you're @risemovement telekinetically controlling my stability via Zoom," she wrote.

Larson's post was met with praise from fans who gushed over her toned body and her skill in the gym.

"Those are not easy. Very well done," commented a fan, while another added, "How do you even do that? You're unbelievable!"

"Brie Larson what a woman you are!" wrote another. "You are my inspiration both inside and outside the gym!"

"What a buff queen. Just crazy abs. You're working it and you have phenomenal muscle tone," said another.

Larson has been working hard to stay in tip-top shape to keep up with her busy filming schedule.

Last month, the star confirmed on Instagram that she will be joining the cast of the new "Fast and Furious" movie, which is currently filming.

"Excited doesn’t even begin to explain how I feel about joining the Fast family," she wrote in the caption. "Thank you for welcoming me in with so much kindness and excitement."

Celebrities and fans were thrilled by the casting and were quick to offer their congratulations.

"Let's GO Brie!" wrote Reese Witherspoon.

"Welcome to the family," added Jordana Brewster, who plays Mia in the infamous action series.

"No way! Congrats! This is so cool and I cannot wait for this movie to come out already!" commented a happy fan.
