Britney Spears's latest look has fans begging the star to start a clothing line

Britney Spears is a free woman, and that could mean starting her own clothing line.

On Monday, the "Toxic" singer shared a set of photos to Instagram posing in an off-the-shoulder blue and white toile dress for her millions of fans.

"Here’s me playing in my new dress! If I ever did a clothing line it would be similar to this," she wrote. "When I got to this farm, I took my shoes off and ran. I’ll have shoes on next time! P.S. this is me trying to pose for a pic! I tried."

Spears shared a follow-up video giving fans a better look at the dress which honours the star's Louisiana roots.

"Southern dresses," the caption reads. "Horses and sunsets. I really need to go to the beach now."

Spears's posts were met with support from fans who think starting her own clothing line would be a great idea.

"Give Britney Spears a clothing line," one Instagram user commented while another wrote, "That dress is super cute! You should do a clothing line!"

"Would buy the whole Stuff by Spears line so fast," someone else added.

"Cottage core queen!" another said of the star's latest look. "We love to see it."

"You should do a clothing line if you want! Love seeing you happy and free!" another wrote.

The 40-year-old's post comes just a few days after family drama with her younger sister, Jamie Lynn Spears, seemingly came to a boiling point.

Last week, Spears shared and then deleted a post on Instagram, tearing into her sister's memoir, "Things I Should Have Said."

"I wish you would take a lie detector test so all these masses of people see you’re lying through your teeth about me!" Spears wrote. "I wish the almighty Lord would could come down and show this whole world that you’re lying and making money off of me!"

Despite the ongoing feud between the Spears sisters, Jamie Lynn stands by her book.

"I hate to burst my sister's bubble, but my book is not about her. I can't help that I was born a Spears too, and that some of my experiences involve my sister," the former Disney actress and singer wrote in an Instagram story. "I've worked hard since before I was even a teenager, and I've built my career in spite of just being someone's little sister."
