Britney Spears is a woman who knows what she wants, and her latest "prerogative" was to create a "fragrance for all." Her latest perfume, Prerogative, is marketed as being gender-neutral.

In an interview with People, Britney explained what the new fragrance represents to her. "The name is very cool because it's empowering," she said. "It's [about saying], 'I'm going to what I want to do and be happy in that moment and not worry about what people think.' It's [about] saying, 'This is what I'm going to do without — any judgments.'"

For the new fragrance's campaign, Britney released two videos of herself dancing seductively in a black latex outfit. In the clips, the singer is also seen caressing television screens that show an image of a shirtless man.

Britney does not shy away from embracing her sexuality online. The mother of two told People, "You kind of have control over it — but there are a lot of comments."

"I used to have an ex-boyfriend who would look [at the comments] and not one time would I ever look at the comments," she continued. "I didn't give two crapalonies what anybody said! You don't need to read that, you know what I mean? And I think there's haters wherever you go, and everybody is entitled to their opinion, but at the end of the day, you have to believe in yourself."

Prerogative, the fragrance, is Britney's 24th fragrance, and has notes of pink pepper, espresso foam, and amberwood. It will be available at Walmart stores and on walmart.com in July, and at Kohl's stores and on kohls.com in August.
