Candace Cameron Bure is asking people to do better.
In honor of the new year, the Full House alum shared her family’s Christmas photo on Instagram and wished everyone a prosperous 2021. Donning a white sweater dress and black booties, Candace was all smiles next to her husband, Val Bure. The couple of 24 years was accompanied by their three children: Natasha, Lev, and Maksim.
“Happy New Year from the Bures!! Looking forward to what 2021 has in store,” she wrote. “I’m praying for unity, grace, humility, compassion and love for mankind. With God, all things are possible 🙏🏻. Sending virtual hugs and kisses! XO.”
While most of Candace’s followers gushed over the festive family portrait, others weren't so kind, and the Hallmark star swiftly addressed the critics in the comments section: “Wow- I post a family photo and you all find everything you don’t like about it or can make fun of. Do better than that. Please.”
After thousands liked Candace’s follow-up comment, many fans called out the folks criticizing the pic. “Those who find a million faults with this photo have obviously never taken a family photo 😆,” a follower wrote. “Do you have to criticize the picture? Just don’t comment at all. No one wants to hear your rude comments,” added someone else.
As long as Candace loves her family’s Christmas photo, that’s all that matters!
