Cardi B Jokes About Her Fight With Nicki Minaj

Cardi B has been pretty outspoken about her fight with Nicki Minaj at Harper's Bazaar's ICONS party during New York Fashion Week, but the new mom took a lighthearted turn when she cracked a joke about the brawl on Instagram.

The rapper reposted a photo of a young fan who recreated her look from that infamous night, wearing a copy of her red Dolce & Gabbana gown, voluminous ponytail and long set of nails. Cardi loved the mini-me look, but noticed a key detail was missing. "Sooooooo buteeeeee❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️," she wrote. "She forgot the knot 😩😩😩💪🏾."

Cardi is obviously referring to the huge bump on her head captured by photographers when security escorted her out of the party. There's no official word on how she got the injury, but it was sometime during the two minute tussle.

The joke is a stark contrast from the statement Cardi put out just hours after the fight on Instagram, where the rapper accused Nicki of sabotaging her career and bad-mouthing her parenting and baby Kulture.

Nicki denied her claims a couple days later with an explosive episode on Queen Radio, saying she was "humiliated" by the fight and that Cardi and her publicist are just spreading lies.
