They have a hearing scheduled for November 4.
To add one more layer to the confusion that is Cardi B and Offset's divorce, it appears as though the two are back together — but they still have a divorce hearing scheduled for next month. E! News reports that Cardi spoke about their (maybe) reconciliation on Instagram Live, where she explained that while things may seem like complete chaos, her relationship is just as "dysfunctional" as any other one, she's just having it play out in the public eye.
Billboard notes that Cardi filed for divorce on September 15 and that the couple has a court hearing scheduled for November 4. There's no news on whether or not that appointment still stands.
"It's hard not to talk to your best friend. It's really hard not to talk to your best friend," she explained of the situation. "And it's really hard to have no dick."

Cardi and Offset were seen together celebrating her birthday party in Las Vegas back on October 10.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY @iamcardib you are amazing woman you the best! Me and Kulture are proud of you!!! [You] overcame every obstacle in front you they was all sleep at once then you woke the world up!" Offset wrote on Instagram the next day. "Thank you for being 1000% every min I known you live it up enjoy keep fucking balling I'm lucky."
While they weren't back together at the time, a source told E! that it was inevitable.
"She loves the attention from him," the insider commented. "He's trying really hard to win her back."
