There’s a new candidate in town and he’s focused on a single issue — making sure you never have to do laundry again.
The red, white and blue “campaign” signs have popped up all over Richland for Sir Suds Laundry, a Richland based laundromat and wash and fold service.
The laundry service is running for “Chief Folding Officer.”
The signs are mixed in with actual campaign signs for the 2024 election season, grabbing some low-cost, high-visibility marketing for the company.
The color scheme and the locations are enough to make motorists do a double take.
Sir Suds has a full laundromat at 1411 Williams Blvd., but the services they’re campaigning on are their laundry pick and drop off and wash and fold services. They offer service in Kennewick, Pasco, Richland, West Richland and Benton City.
