Chrissy Teigen looks 'beautiful and healthy' in new vacation photo: 'Sobriety looks good on you'

Chrissy Teigen is looking beautiful and "healthier than ever."

On Wednesday, the 36-year-old shared a photo to Instagram posing in a crocheted skirt set while eating shaved ice alongside her two children, Luna, 5, and Miles, 3.

The sweet candid moment taken during a recent vacation was praised by fans, with many commenting on Teigen's altered appearance since recommitting to getting sober in 2021.

"Chrissy's been hitting different lately." one person commented.

"You are looking so incredible and radiant," another Instagram user said.

"So beautiful and healthy-looking! Sobriety looks good on you," another wrote.

"Sober is sexy on you!" someone else chimed in, while another commented, "You look like you've lost so much weight, but healthier than ever. I love this for you! So beautiful and inspiring. The path to sobriety is a difficult one, but at least you look great doing it."

"The benefits of giving up alcohol are so evident. You look like a new person," added another.

While most fans thought Chrissy looked stunning and in pristine health, others criticized the cookbook author for looking too thin.

"Skinny doesn't mean healthy and good-looking," one person commented on the photo.

"Actually a little worried. Yes, stopping drinking would lead to a little weight loss, but now it’s going too far. I hope stress, etc. isn’t causing you to not eat properly," someone else sounded off. "How much weight did you lose?"

In January, Teigen took to Instagram to announce that she was 6 months sober and was "happier and more present than ever."

"Honestly kind of sucks saying it because even though I don’t ever crave it now, time has not exactly flown by, haha. I probably won’t be excited 'til a larger milestone, like, at least 5 years, and sometimes I don’t even know if I necessarily won’t ever drink again?" she wrote. "It’s pretty cool. I look forward to having my full body reset after 1 year, then reevaluating to see my new hopes and wishes for the future!"
