Chrissy Teigen Wore A $7,100 Look Straight Off The Runway To The Airport
Airport attire tends to vary across the board. While some people enjoy getting dressed up, others opt for comfort and convenience while traveling. Members of the Hollywood set, like model Chrissy Teigen, aren’t afraid to break out expensive pieces in their airport style.
The mother-of-one wore a look straight off the runway on Thursday at Los Angeles International Airport.
She was spotted in a $6,000 Gucci striped cardigan from the label’s resort 2017 collection that she paired with matching $1,100 pants from the designer. Her $1,105 gold aviator sunglasses by designer Linda Farrow also carried a hefty price tag.
Teigen opted to wear nothing under the sweater, which featured a crystal-embellished Bengal tiger and the phrase “Blind for Love” on the back.
She completed the look with $815 black Gianvito Rossi sandals and a Céline mini belt bag.
Teigen is no stranger to getting glam for her travels — she’s often spotted in trendy looks at LAX. In December of 2016, the model wore a $395 black and white silk robe from designer Thomas Wylde.
She even managed to dress up a pair of jeans with $835 black sandals from designer Gianvito Rossi and an olive duster coat when she traveled alongside her husband John Legend and her daughter Luna in July of 2016.
Wearing costly duds while traveling may not seem practical for most, but it’s fair to say Teigen always looks glamorous in her airport appearances.
