The "Bachelorette" star took to Instagram on Monday night to show off her toned physique weeks after she told Jana Kramer she "refuses to give up on [herself]."

A partner of the lingerie and athletic-wear brand, Crawley shared a snap wearing ThirdLove's Muse sports bra (shop here) and smoothing leggings (shop here).

"I live for the comfort factor in everything I wear, and these ThirdLove sets are everyyythinggg!" She captioned the photo. "They have the perfect amount of comfort and coverage for working out or even just bopping around running errands!"

Fans of the former "Bachelorette" echoed Crawley's love of the athletic wear, writing, "this set looks so comfy and I love the colour!"

"That colour on you is everything!" said another fan.

"How are you 40!?" asked another.

The reality TV star shared further in her Instagram Story that she can't stop wearing the ThirdLove set after being cleared for working out following her breast implants removal surgery.

"I've officially been cleared for working out, and I had to get myself some new ThirdLove tops and matching sets," she said. "These are so comfortable; I absolutely love this material. How cute is this colour?"

While the past few months haven't been easy for Crawley, she's taking it in stride.

"The things that have been the most challenging in my life are what propelled me to be the strongest woman that I am," Crawley shared on an Oct. 21 episode of the "Whine Down" podcast.

"That's where I dig deep and it hurts, and it's painful to go through those things, but that's where I source my strength. […] I refuse to give up on myself, because I know my worth, and I know what I bring to the table."

Following her split from Dale Moss, 33, earlier this fall, the 40-year-old reality TV star has made a splash on social media with cryptic breakup messages, including tagging fellow Bachelor Nation star Abigail Heringer in a post referencing the split.

Nevertheless, the hairstylist told Kramer, "it's my biggest flex, my comeback game." Which, after revealing her toned abs in a ThirdLove workout set, we don't doubt.
