The 24-year-old wore a white, ruffle tiered maxi dress with a turquoise and yellow flower print to the Teen Choice Awards at the Forum in Inglewood, Calif. Foxx tied her curls back for a sleek look and kept her makeup minimal, using mascara and a rosy lipstick. She wore simple silver jewelry to complement her fresh summer dress and accessorized with trendy, mismatched monocle earrings and silver rings.
