A man has spoken of his new wife’s bravery after the couple tied the knot just days after she lost her arm to a crocodile.

Jamie Fox and then-fiancee Zanele Ndlovu were reportedly canoeing along the Zambezi river when a crocodile attacked them.

Ms Ndlovu lost her right arm in the attack, but the couple stuck to their planned wedding date and got hitched in a hospital chapel just five days later.

Mr Fox, from Bromley, Kent, told the Mirror his new wife was smiling despite the ordeal.

The 27-year-old, who reportedly works for the National Citizen Service, told the paper: “She’s been so brave and to be able to get married just five days after this happened is unbelievable.

“Despite her pain and what she had gone through, she was smiling and laughing.

“Even in the ambulance she was chatting to the doctors.”
