Curvy style blogger re-creates Beyoncé's outfit, and people love it

No one is quite as fierce as Queen Bey, but one woman just proved she comes close: curvy queen and style blogger Chastity Garner, who just re-created one of Beyoncé’s latest looks and who, to quote one of her followers, slayed it.

You may recall this recent vintage-chic outfit worn by the singer that consisted of a torn Vogue T-shirt, a red pencil shirt, and strappy heels (which she swapped for sneakers in another picture). And while even the most confident woman could be a little too intimidated to ever attempt one of Beyoncé’s looks, the co-founder of CurvyCon attacked the challenge head-on.

Chastity posted photos on Instagram of herself on Wednesday in the same outfit: vintage Vogue tee with the same exact rips and tie at the waist, with a high-waisted red pencil skirt. And she channeled the singer from head to toe. On her feet were identical gold strappy heels. She even styled her hair similarly, in a high, messy ponytail, and wore badass hoop earrings like the singer’s. She captioned the image “New Year, Bey Me” and gushed about how easy this outfit re-creation was. However, even if the look is simple, measuring up to Beyoncé is not, so let’s give Chastity the credit she deserves.

This photo is proof that you don’t have to have a Beyoncé bod to be just as fierce as the star. And Chastity’s followers agree. “With all due respect…Beyoncé has nothing on you,” one admirer commented on the post. “Yeah, you look way prettier,” someone else agreed. “Slay honey slay!” another exclaimed. Someone else referred to her as “plus Beyoncé.”

“Done broke the internet! The shirt is sold out in every size!” another fan pointed out. This follower said it best: “AMAZING that two amazing and beautiful women can pull off the same look and looked EQUALLY stunning!!!”

This isn’t the first time Chastity has proved women of different sizes can look equally beautiful in the same outfit. She has also copied outfits worn by Mariah Carey and Rihanna.

Her Lady Gaga look is a favorite. For it, Chastity re-created Gaga’s 2016 Oscars look — the white Brandon Maxwell jumpsuit with a cape skirt and sculpted structure — and made it her own with a gold belt. Chastity looked just as regal in her version of the ensemble.

But nothing compares to the time she took on the titan of tots: North West. Chastity re-created Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s daughter’s ballet class outfit, and she was definitely on point.
