Demi Lovato's Huge Diamond Engagement Ring Apparently Cost Millions of Dollars

Well, we knew it was coming. After getting a good look at Demi Lovato's engagement ring — and having a quick daydream about wearing it ourselves — we couldn't help but wonder what a massive diamond like that would cost. Now, according to reporting done by TMZ, we finally have the answer (kind of): $2.5 million — or more.
Apparently, Lovato's fiancé, Max Ehrich, tapped the popular Hollywood jeweler, Peter Marco, for a special emerald cut, which was then set in platinum. Sources say this unique design is well over 10 carats — maybe even 20 — which would make the price tag high as $5 million.

The couple got engaged just last week on a beach in California. Ehrich posted about the moment on his Instagram, highlighting that "Crash Into Me" was "playin" when he gave her the diamond.

Of course, Lovato is far from the only celebrity who has accepted an extravagant engagement ring. Russell Wilson reportedly gave Ciara a 16 carat diamond back in 2016, while Blake Lively wears 12 carats on her left hand.
We'll go ahead and assume this can only mean good things for the couple's upcoming nuptials. If Lovato's ring is this fancy, just imagine what her wedding dress will look like.
