  • In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Tiktok video, she helps a patient with a seriously painful pimple condition.

  • Her patient has a large, inflamed cyst on his back that looks like a giant bruise.

  • Dr. Pimple Popper slices it open and drains all the liquid out in a big waterfall stream.

One of the common questions people send to dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, is "does that hurt?" It's hard to believe some of the massive pimples and surgical extractions don't cause pain. The dermatologist is very sensitive to it and her patient's comfort. She constantly asks if they're okay throughout her procedures, and it's so sweet.

But, some patients come in with a throbbing bump. That's the case with her latest pimple pop on Tiktok.

Dr. Pimple Popper admits these giant pimples do hurt in the caption: "Inflamed cysts are painful! They can become Abscesses. And then some of you are just.. Abscessed. Here's what to do. #drpimplepopper"

She does have a way with words, and with pimple popping. Dr. Pimple Popper explains what happened to make this bump look so angry. She wrote, "A cyst can become inflamed if the sac wall ruptures under skin, most likely from trauma."

If you're more an Instagram fan, Dr. Pimple Popper shared a clip there as well.

So, she pokes a hole into the middle of the cyst and slowly but surely releases everything stuffed inside. Dr. Pimple Popper gets a thick noodle of gunk out first, followed by oozing liquid. The pressure is finally off.

Dr. Pimple Popper was right about this pop reaction. Her fans were instantly obsessed, or abscessed. "I’m abscessed with this vid!! 😩🔥🔥🔥" Another fan wrote, "I can watch 100 videos of this type of cyst." Well, I think Dr. Pimple Popper can arrange that.
