While most of the steatocystomas dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper extracts are full of smooth gunk, like this "pasta machine" steatcocystoma, this "lemon curd" steatocystoma, and these "oily" steatocystomas, her latest Instagram video of another steatocystoma excision has a more...textured element: hair.

"Steatocystomas are always great till the very end 😌💥 #drpimplepopper #relax," she captioned the video.

"I'm concerned they're so subtle," she says about the hidden steatocystoma on the patient's cheek.

She uses a tool to poke into the steatocystoma and presses on it hard. A bunch of yellow gunk comes spewing out.

"That was a good one," she says as she collects the gunk to show the patient.

"Oh wow that was huge!" says the patient.

Then Dr. P makes a Superman reference to the steatocystoma.

"I feel like he's the Clark Kent of steatocystomas. He's got these glasses and you know he's like a Superman under there...Oh, there's a hair in this one, that's a nice one!" she says.

From there, she grabs a pair of tweezers to grab more of the steatocystoma and pulls out a bunch of hairs that she shows to the camera.

"I'll show you," she says as she shows him the hairy gunk on her glove. "See the hairs in this one?"

"Oh yeah that's a lot of hairs," says the patient.

And her followers are loving it.

"Wow just when I thought you got it all out it was moreeee," one wrote. And another commented, "Ohhhhh that's nasty. When you spread it across your fingers and smeared it 🤢".
