The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are having such a good time on St. Patrick's Day, they're celebrating in two countries.
The royal couple started their official schedule with a visit to the 1st Battalion Irish Guards barracks in West London, where both sipped pints of Guinness.
The Duchess sported a shamrock, Ireland's national symbol, on her coat.
She spoke with off-duty guards.
And posed for official photographs.
The Duchess also met the Irish Guards' mascot.
And matched her coat not only to the holiday's official color but also to her surroundings.
Later in the day, the royals flew on a private plane to Paris, where they met with French President François Hollande. They are spending two days in Paris on the official visit and will reportedly attend a black-tie dinner tonight at the British Embassy.
The duchess sported the same Catherine Walker coat.
While she kept her green shoes on, too, the shamrock didn't seem to make the trip across the English Channel.
