Queer Eye star Karamo Brown made an incredibly sweet dedication during Monday night's episode of Dancing With The Stars. In the behind-the-scenes footage that aired before his performance, Brown said that we was dedicating his Lion King-inspired samba to his two sons, Jason and Chris.

"My sons are my world, so I'm dedicating this song to them," Brown said.

The former Real World star went on to say that the routine felt incredibly personal for him since the Disney film reflected his real life with his sons, trying to be a leader for them and help them navigate the pressures of life.

Brown and his partner Jenna Johnson-Chmerkovskiy took to the stage and performed a wildly entertaining samba set to "I Just Can't Wait to Be King." After the performance, Brown, misty-eyed, said that as soon as he saw his sons in the audience during the routine, he had "tears streaming down" his face, but told himself to keep smiling through it.

Brown's journey to fatherhood is an incredibly unique one, which he shared with the DWTS audience. At 25 years old, the openly gay TV personality learned he was the father of a 10-year-old boy, Jason, when he received a subpoena for 10 years worth of child support from his high school girlfriend — his "first and last"girlfriend, he said. Brown immediately took custody of Jason, whose mother was unable to care for him at the time. Upon learning that Jason's mother had another son, Chris, from a different father, Brown stepped up and adopted him as well.

Brown, a trained social worker best known for creating incredibly moving scenes on Queer Eye where he encourages the makeover candidates to get in touch with their emotions, is clearly not afraid to take his own advise, and DWTS fans loved his emotional tribute.

Brown and Johnson, who were saved from elimination by the judges last week after being in the bottom two, received scores of 7 across the board from the judges. Judge Len Goodman said the routine was "just like Disney: it was fun and it was joyful."

You can catch Brown performing again on Dancing With the Stars next Monday at 8 p.m. on ABC.
