EastEnders spoilers follow.
EastEnders' Phil Mitchell will make a game-changing discovery in next week's episodes.
Phil will grow suspicious of Karen Taylor's sudden fortune when she continues splashing the cash in The Vic.
Viewers know that Keanu and Karen staged a kidnap of Sharon's son Albie, and Karen has kept the £50,000 ransom money that Phil offered to get the youngster home safe.
Mitch is also uncomfortable by Karen's spending and goes to confront Keanu over the kidnap plot.
After a difficult conversation with an unrepentant Keanu, Mitch finds himself so distracted by it all that he has an accident.
Kat demands Mitch pay for the damage when his taxi hits Harvey's van, and Karen goes behind his back to settle the debt using the stolen Mitchell money.
When Phil examines the notes Karen gave Kat, he sees they are his marked bills, but Kat is unsure and demands more proof.
After setting Sam on the case, Phil gets the evidence he needs to prove Karen and Keanu staged Albie's kidnapping.
Phil then goes on a mission to prove he's right about Keanu and Karen, starting at The Arches.
Kat catches him searching the place and he shares his evidence. Kat is incredulous by what he's discovered, and suggests that if Karen's got the money, it'll be hidden closer to home.
Phil goes to 23B but gets turned away by Felix.
Refusing to give up, he sneakily sends Tommy over instead and the youngster finds the money hidden under Karen's bed.
As Sharon excitedly announces she and Keanu will hold their wedding reception at The Vic on Christmas Day, Phil bursts in to tell her that Karen and Keanu staged Albie's kidnap for money. What will Sharon do?
