EastEnders' Ravi confronts Nish after Eve disappearance

EastEnders spoilers follow.

Ravi Gulati has questioned Nish Panesar's motives after Eve's disappearance in EastEnders.

Last week, Ravi chose to let Eve leave Walford forever rather than kill her at his father Nish's request, warning her he'd track her down if she ever tried to contact Suki again.

Nish had gone on the warpath after discovering Suki's affair with Eve, first knocking her out with a bottle and then ordering his son to finish her off.

In Wednesday's (December 6) episode, Nish was clearly delighting in seeing his wife obsessively checking her phone for messages from Eve.

However, he soon got a dose of his own medicine when he discovered that Eve's stolen phone had suddenly gone missing from the house.

As Ravi and Nish desperately searched for the incriminating phone, Priya Nandra-Hart and daughter Avanti turned up with the device in hand.

Priya assumed Nish must have lost his phone and handed it back, with Ravi quietly slipping the device into his pocket.

Later, at Walford East, Ravi warned his father they couldn't have any such slip-ups again or they could risk the truth coming out about Eve.

When Nish angrily demanded his son hand over the phone, Ravi had no choice but to comply. Ravi then accused Nish of enjoying seeing Suki "squirm" as she sent desperate messages to Eve.

Nish finally thought better of keeping the phone, telling Ravi: "Get rid of it."
