Climate change continues to be one of the biggest challenges society is facing. Although it seems daunting, every action (no matter how small) makes a difference. Whether it’s switching to public transit or shopping mindfully, we can all make a difference.

I’ve found that one of the easiest places to start is in the kitchen, by making simple and affordable swaps to existing products you know and love. While that doesn’t mean throwing away perfectly good items, it does mean making substitutions when a product comes to the end of its lifespan.
