How to easily upgrade your instant ramen noodles


  • 1 pack of instant ramen noodles

  • 1/2 to 1 pound of flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 1 bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 4 cups water

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon mushroom powder

  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced

  • Sesame oil for drizzling
