Elizabeth Hurley reveals her anti-aging skincare secret: 'I use it religiously twice a day'

Elizabeth Hurley turned the Empire State Building pink—in honor of Esteé Lauder’s 2019 Breast Cancer Campaign.
“It’s my 24th year working with Esteé Lauder and 27th year of the company’s Breast Cancer Campaign, and in that time we’ve raised over $79 million, and we’ll keep going until there’s a cure,” the campaign ambassador tells Yahoo Lifestyle. The 54-year-old actress has been lighting up the Empire State Building pink every October since 2000 and says she is “honoured” to be an advocate for the cause.
Hurley also shared some of her anti-aging beauty must-haves, one of which directly supports The Estée Lauder Companies’ Breast Cancer Campaign.
“I think I’ve been lucky because I’ve been with the company for 24 years so I’ve had really good products at my fingertips — and I use a lot of them,” joked Hurley. “My most favourite product of all has always been Advanced Night Repair which is a serum that I was given my first bottle of when I first joined the company in 1995, and I’ve used it religiously twice a day ever since.”
The popular anti-aging serum is part of the brand’s limited-edition Pink Ribbon collection and a portion of all proceeds during the month of October will benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

“Other products I particularly love are the La Mer products. They make beautiful skincare,” she says, adding that as skin ages, more moisturizer is a must. “I probably use more product now than I did 20 years ago and I’m looking forward to putting more on!”
From the brand’s classic Moisturizing Cream to the lighter Cool Gel Cream, the actress keeps various La Mer moisturizers in rotation but says she uses the Soft Cream the most. She switches it up with the original Moisturizing Cream depending on the time of year or if she’s had a hectic travel schedule and her skin needs an extra dose of hydration.
