As a new mom with twins, Coty Vincent found herself in a bit of a predicament after a hit and run left her stranded without a car. Heading into her local Enterprise rental shop, a new problem presented itself : how to handle two babies with only a single stroller.

Thankfully, John was working that day.

The helpful employee offered to hold one of the babies while he helped arrange her car.

“This is John and he works at Enterprise,” Vincent writes in a Facebook post. “He’s also a twin and his twin sister is his best friend. While he helped me with my rental due to a hit and run accident, he held one of my twin sons as I don’t have a double stroller. One of the most compassionate and caring people I’ve ever met. We need more people like John who go that extra step.”

It didn’t take long for the post and John’s compassion to go viral. Within a few days, the post was shared more than 20,000 times with more than 8,000 comments.

Even Enterprise caught wind of the story, sending Vincent a gift of a double stroller and promising a special surprise for John.

“Lets hope John gets the recognition he deserves!”
