Lip balms

If you know me, you know there’s one thing I wouldn’t be caught dead leaving the house without -- lip balm. I’ve been an avid fan for as long as I can remember (who can forget those Lip Smacker days?) but my taste has matured a little bit since then.

I’ve tried pretty much everything from drug store staples to high end beauty brands, and have come up with a pretty definitive list of favourites. I’m partial to lightweight and easy-to-apply balms for daytime, while a rich lip mask is essential for my evening skincare routine.

My go-to lip balms fluctuate throughout the time of year and levels of dryness, but I alway stick to a few select products that I know and love. Check out my top picks for the best lip balms at every price point, and let us know your go-to lip product in the comments below.

An all-natural, vegan lip balm that comes in dozens of flavours? I’m sold. Although scents range from classic (cherry, peppermint) to out there (root beer, earl grey), I’m a fan of the fresh lemon flavour.

Promising review: “So yummy! Love the lemony scent, super natural and goes on very smooth.”
