The sudden death last month of CSI: Miami and 24 actor Evan Ellingson now has an official explanation.
Ellingson died from an accidental overdose of fentanyl, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department told The Hollywood Reporter on Tuesday. He was found dead at a sober living home on Nov. 5 at the age of 35. The actor had reportedly struggled with drugs in the past, but was living there while in recovery.
